Super is seeking a People Operations Specialist – Mobility to lead end-to-end international assignments, relocations, and remote work arrangements across Europe and beyond. You will partner with HRBPs, Rewards, immigration vendors and local teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective moves and a smooth assignee experience.

This fixed-term maternity cover runs from mid-October 2026 to mid-April 2027 and offers exposure to global mobility policy development, dashboards, and cross-country compliance

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or immigration compliance.
• Solid knowledge of immigration frameworks in Spain, the Netherlands, the UK, and Croatia.
• Experience managing a portfolio of international assignments across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsabilidades

• Assignment Management: manage full lifecycle of international assignments, long-term postings, permanent transfers, and remote work arrangements.
• Compliance & Policy: ensure immigration compliance across operating countries and support policy development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and leaders to plan moves and communicate timelines.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: update dashboards and look for cost reductions and process enhancements.
