Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Worker Advisor to join the Global Operations organization, focused on international employee assignments and mobilization. You will lead the assignment process, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with project teams to deliver timely mobilization across sites.

The role requires experience in Global Mobility, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax or Law.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience including managing employee relationships.
• Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop talent mobility strategies and programs to support business growth and talent development.
• Select and prepare employees for international assignments.
• Manage relocation of employees and families, visa coordination, immigration services, housing/location support.
• Design and administer expatriate policies and reward packages including housing and tax equalization.
• Monitor government policies affecting operations and employee safety.
