Remote is hiring a Senior Mobility Specialist to drive immigration compliance and mobility for a global workforce. You will guide complex visa and work permit processes, mentor Mobility Specialists, and collaborate with clients to ensure compliant international assignments.

The role emphasizes automation, AI fluency, and cross-functional leadership in a fully remote, async environment. You will contribute to regional and worldwide mobility strategies and policy development.

Formación

• Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany.
• Extensive immigration compliance and global mobility experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor cases using case management and billing systems.
• Counsel on immigration processes and travel/sponsorship needs.
• Provide legal guidance on immigration service delivery to clients.
• Own senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists.
• Support leadership in large project management and rollout.
