A leading technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a fixed-term contract in Spain. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll for employees while complying with local laws. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of payroll experience, excellent organizational skills, and is fluent in English and Spanish. This position is critical for supporting payroll processes during a 6-month to 1-year parental leave replacement.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in Spain (2-3 years).
• Solid understanding of payroll principles, labor legislation, and tax regulations.
• Experience working with payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees in Spain and Italy.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related journal entries.
