Fever is seeking a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our People Operations team in Madrid. You will own and scale payroll across international locations, collaborating with external providers to ensure timely, compliant payments and benefits administration.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in payroll, fluent English, advanced spreadsheet skills, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements.

Formación

• 2–3 years in payroll and benefits.
• International payroll experience is a plus.
• Advanced English required (C1+).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale payroll operations across international locations with external providers.
• Ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with tax/social security laws.
• Monitor and report salary costs and trends to support decisions.
• Serve as a payroll/tax/social security guide for employees.
