Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support EMEA payroll operations. You will execute complex data inputs, review inputs before processing, and reconcile outputs for accurate, compliant payrolls across assigned markets.

You’ll work with vendors and cross-functional partners to implement changes and enhancements. The role requires 4+ years in Spanish payroll administration, strong knowledge of payroll legislation, and experience with payroll systems such as Workday and ADP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Spanish payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, social security, taxation, and reporting.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processes and audits.
• Experience collaborating with payroll vendors and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and over/underpayments and provide employee support.
• Respond to complex employee inquiries via the case management system.
• Execute data inputs, analytics, and reporting for payroll processing.
• Coordinate with vendors on system changes and production migrations.
• Lead payroll projects (M&A, Open Enrollment) and cross-functional initiatives.
