Getnet Platforms is seeking a Product Analyst to translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements, collaborating with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.

You will support backlog refinement, document requirements, and validate functionality through QA/UAT in a fast-paced, data-driven payments environment. Hybrid Madrid-based role.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Analysis, BA, or Digital Product Delivery.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Experience in Agile environments and backlog refinement.
• Experience in payments, banking, or operational platforms (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Support backlog refinement by documenting scope and tracking dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment.

• Maintain accurate product documentation for development and operations.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities, escalating when needed.
• Support release planning and cross-team coordination.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyse business and user requirements to define product needs, expected outcomes, and delivery priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement by documenting requirements, clarifying scope, tracking dependencies, and ensuring stories are ready for development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Validate delivered functionality through functional reviews and support QA and UAT against agreed acceptance criteria.
• Maintain accurate product documentation to support development, delivery, and operational continuity.
• Identify product gaps, delivery risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, escalating them when needed.
• Support release planning and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth product delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team, with the following qualifications and background.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, UX support, or Digital Product Delivery. (Required)
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. (Required)
• Experience working closely with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and Operations teams. (Required)
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting backlog refinement. (Required)
• Experience in complex, data-driven environments. (Preferred)Experience in payments, banking, or operational platforms. (Preferred)

Education

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. (Required)

Languages

• Fluent English. (Required)
• Fluent Spanish. (Required)

Hard Skills
