Getnet Platforms is seeking a Product Operations Lead to serve as the Portfolio Control Tower for Product Management within Payments Hub. You will ensure strategic alignment, governance, and financial transparency across the organization.

Hybrid role with strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, backlog governance, and cross-functional collaboration with CTO, Finance, and Risk. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for global coordination.

Formación

• Desirable prior experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, or an Operational role within fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and governance frameworks.
• Experience scaling processes in complex, matrix organizations.
• Proven experience in curating, analysing and surfacing data that support decision-making on performance metrics, feature usage, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk.
• Adaptability and continuous learning: willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize and reinforce Product Management methodologies and governance processes.
• Ensure backlog hygiene and initiative traceability (e.g., Jira governance).
• Monitor delivery predictability metrics and roadmap adherence.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation actions across domains.
• Ensure compliance with internal tollgates (Sign off / Design Authority / Risk Authority).
• Close process gaps in prioritization, UAT phase methodology, documentation, and system integrations.
• Partner with Product Domain Leads, CTO, Finance, Risk & Compliance, CISO, Strategy, and Professional Services.
• Establish and maintain a clear RACI model aligned with Product Management governance standards.
• Own and reinforce PLCM3 across Payments Hub; optimize planning and sequencing.
