Envista Holdings Corporation, via Ormco, is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Specialist to shape the global narrative for Damon/Brackets & Wires orthodontic products. You will drive cross-regional marketing strategies, craft differentiated messaging, and translate clinical value for diverse audiences.

You will partner with Product Management, Sales, and Global/Regional teams to launch initiatives, track KPIs, and train sales teams, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably global markets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive results.
• Translate technical concepts into clear customer value and positioning.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and data-informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating content across formats and channels.
• Capable of fast-paced, collaborative work across multiple projects and global teams.
• Experience with cross-functional and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global product marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth across regions.
• Create differentiated product positioning and messaging for clinical value across channels and regions.
• Conduct in-depth market research on customer needs, competition, and trends.
• Use insights to inform positioning, pricing, and target audiences.
• Develop content strategies supporting growth: website copy, blogs, case studies, webinars, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and launches.
• Support regional teams with guidance and resources for global initiatives.
• Define KPIs to measure effectiveness and enable data-driven optimization.
• Deliver training and resources to sales teams for product positioning and selling.
