Formación

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is required.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of HTML for email and digital communications is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Description

At Align Technology, the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications plays a critical role in shaping and executing how the brand connects with dental professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.

This role is responsible for driving strategic, consistent, and high-impact communications across all channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Role expectations

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, social media, email, print, and events.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with regional business objectives and global marketing priorities.
• Own and manage the communications calendar, ensuring clear prioritization, proper sequencing of initiatives, and alignment across campaigns, stakeholders, and markets.
• Drive omnichannel campaign execution, ensuring cohesive and customer‑centric messaging across all channels to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Manage end-to-end communication projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across channels such as email, social media, and digital platforms.
• Own the implementation and governance of communication processes, working closely with regional teams, global functions, and local markets to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or communications planning.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Working knowledge of HTML for email and digital communications is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Proven project management capabilities, with experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Consumer, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and other business units.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
