Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is expanding its growth analytics team in Madrid. You will drive organic growth, define new strategies, and own decisions across markets in an international setting, leading a cross-functional squad of 4+ members.

Strong analytics background and English proficiency are required. The role offers an opportunity to shape Fever’s global demand generation while working from Madrid and enjoying a flexible, home-office

Formación

• +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience in leading teams or key projects.
• Experience in demand generation through search engines; marketplaces familiarity is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines and departments.
• Advanced English speaker; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker.

As Fever continues its rapid global expansion into new markets, bringing more products and experiences to life, the organic growth department is evolving to sustain this growth. The Role

• Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
• Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
• Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people.
• Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)

Who You Are

• +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
• Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplaces.
• You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines, departments and business cases
• Advanced English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
