Amadeus is seeking an Operational Excellence Project Management Specialist to join our Customer Operations team and drive the successful delivery of initiatives across sites in Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice and Madrid.

You will lead projects from definition through completion, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor and communicate on initiatives that improve the way we work.

Formación

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within operational excellence, process improvement or transformation.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Able to work across cross-cultural, multi-site environments (Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, Madrid).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Frame operational excellence initiatives by defining scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables.
• Create, execute and adapt work plans to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including resources, timelines and budget.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines and the business case benefits.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sites to keep teams aligned.
• Apply Amadeus project management methodology and standards.
• Support the adoption of new ways of working, with change-management coordination.
• Define and track KPIs, monitor progress and inform decision-making.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions through structured controls.
• Gather and analyze feedback from impacted teams to improve processes, tools and materials.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to leadership to secure buy-in and alignment.
• Contribute to governance routines and steering committees.
• Provide fact-based input to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to PM toolkit, templates and best practices.
