In this role, you will lead projects from definition through completion, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor and communicate on initiatives that improve the way we work. Frame operational excellence initiatives by defining scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables. Create, execute and continuously adapt work plans to meet evolving business needs. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including resources, timelines and budget. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines and the business case's anticipated benefits. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sites (Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, Madrid) to keep teams aligned. Apply and enforce Amadeus project management methodology and standards. Support the adoption of new ways of working, in coordination with the change management team. Define and track KPIs that reflect initiative performance and inform decision-making. Monitor progress against plan, identify deviations and propose corrective or mitigation actions. Manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions through structured controls. Gather and analyze feedback from impacted teams to improve processes, tools and materials. Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses on activity, key figures and progress for internal stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations to CMO leadership and Business Lines to secure buy-in and alignment. Communicate governance decisions and their impact clearly to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to governance routines, including status reporting and steering committees. Provide fact-based input to support strategic and cross-functional decision-making. Contribute to the team's project management toolkit, templates and best practices.
Proven experience in project management, ideally within operational excellence, process improvement or transformation projects. Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for senior leadership and diverse audiences. Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment (Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, Madrid). A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience managing risks, issues and stakeholder relationships in complex project environments. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
