Fourvenues is seeking a VP of Operations to own and scale all core operational functions across the company and countries. The role demands strategic design, execution oversight and strong leadership to deliver outstanding results in a high-growth environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define company-wide KPIs and build scalable reporting with the Data team, while driving efficiency and collaboration globally.

Formación

• Senior experience in Operations / Business Operations in SaaS B2B.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on data & KPI ownership.
• Proven experience designing processes from scratch and scaling them.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS economics.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop multiple teams with limited middle management.

Responsabilidades

• Design the operational strategy, oversee its execution, and coach teams to deliver results.
• Own and scale all operational areas across the company across multiple countries.
• Define and implement company-wide operational KPIs and reporting models.
• Lead, coach and develop teams within Operations; recruit when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Tech, Sales, Post-sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Identify new business opportunities and support strategic projects with key clients.
• Report to the CEO and maintain strong autonomy with accountability.
