Satispay in Luxembourg is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to scale and optimize our operational foundations across Europe, delivering excellence in performance and processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable workflows, and build resilient systems to support rapid user growth and geographic expansion, with up to 50% travel. This role also offers significant equity and relocation support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor high-performing operations teams across functions.
• Define and drive scalable operational processes and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Compliance for end-to-end execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Oversee scalability and infrastructure to support rapid user growth and geo-expansion.
