Fever is seeking a motivated student to support post-acquisition analysis and integration efforts from its Madrid office. You will help evaluate acquired companies, track business plans, and identify synergies to drive value.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams across product, operations, marketing, and corporate functions, with a hybrid work arrangement and an opportunity to contribute to Fever's growth in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in strategy, operations, or M&A topics.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze acquired companies to understand their business models, performance, and growth drivers.
• Help define and track business plans for acquired entities, aligning with Fever’s priorities.
• Monitor post-acquisition performance and identify opportunities for synergies and improvement.
• Support integration across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions.
• Assist cross-functional teams during integration processes to ensure alignment.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
