Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced IT/OT support professional to join our international team in a demanding regulated environment. You will provide onsite support for thin clients, IPCs, and lab equipment, while collaborating with global IT teams to sustain production systems.

The role requires 5+ years of IT/OT experience, strong SCADA/PLC knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish. On-call rotation and 24/7 availability are expected, with a focus on ITIL-based incident and change

Qualifications

Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments.
Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software.
Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing).
ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing.
Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL.
Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation.
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.

Responsibilities

Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment.
Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams.
Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks).
Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments.
Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based).
Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures.
Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
