Job summary

Appinio, a global market research company, is seeking a Senior International Accountant to lead international financial operations for US Inc. and UK Ltd., driving our accounting and operational controlling infrastructure across entities.

You will own end-to-end accounting, implement SOPs, and optimize LucaNet while coordinating Payhawk, QuickBooks, and Sage. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is beneficial for Spain backup.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of international accounting and controlling experience.
• Hands-on with multi-entity accounting and local GAAP standards (US/UK/Spanish GAAP).
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and working Spanish (B2+).
• Proficient with LucaNet, Payhawk, QuickBooks, or Sage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting for US Inc. and UK Ltd., including month- and year-end closes.
• Lead operational variance analyses and data integrity checks.
• Maintain LucaNet for consolidation and data hygiene; align Payhawk, QuickBooks, and Sage workflows.
• Execute monthly transfer pricing calculations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage international AR/AP and cash management for US/UK entities.
• Support international audits and serve as backup for Spain.
