Click&Boat is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee accounting and closing for France, Spain, and upcoming international entities. You will manage one accountant and coordinate external partners, while taking ownership of corporate and legal matters with the Finance Director.

The role demands 7–10 years in finance, accounting, and audit, plus strong treasury, tax and compliance experience in a multi-entity setting. Hybrid work is offered across our European footprint.

Formación

• 7–10 years in finance, accounting and audit, including 3–5 years in audit or in-house roles.
• International multi-entity experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong closing, treasury, banking and payments expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly and annual closing for France, Spain, and new entities.
• Coordinate internal accounting team and external firms, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers and banks.
• Lead audit processes end-to-end and respond to auditor queries.
• Manage corporate housekeeping, meetings, statutory registers, and filing of financial statements.
• Oversee treasury and banking relations, cash positioning and forecasts.
• Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance across entities.
