Appinio, a global market research company with a remote-first approach, is seeking a Senior International Accountant to own end-to-end accounting for multiple entities and to drive data integrity across our international operations.

You will manage consolidated financials, intercompany activities, and transfer pricing, while collaborating with cross-border teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong systems proficiency across LucaNet, Payhawk, QuickBooks or Sage.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of international accounting and controlling experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and local GAAP (US/UK/Spanish).
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish (B2+).
• Proficiency with LucaNet, Payhawk, QuickBooks or Sage.

Mansioni

• Own international entity accounting, month-end closes and year-end close for US/UK entities.
• Lead operational controlling (actual vs. budget) for US and UK entities.
• Maintain LucaNet for consolidation and data hygiene across Payhawk/QuickBooks/Sage.
• Perform monthly transfer pricing calculations and intercompany recharges.
• Manage international AR/AP, payments, dunning, and client onboarding checks.
• Support international audits and back up Spanish entity accounting.
