• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in global mobility.
• Ability to manage workload, meet tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive with analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Service delivery: support international assignment processes for Global Mobility, HR, Payroll, Tax, Immigration, and suppliers.
• Produce assignment paperwork and coordinate compensation data; handle invoices and ad hoc investigations.
• Coordinate assignment lifecycles and ensure timely information across stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements from feedback and experience.
• Communicate policies clearly to internal customers to ensure understanding.
