Hitachi Energy seeks a Project Worker Partner in Madrid to support international assignments and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. You will be the main contact for assignees and families, ensuring compliant, seamless experiences across global mobility programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Global Mobility, strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tax, Law, HR, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility or a related field.
  • Knowledge of international assignment administration, immigration, taxation and employment regulations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretion with sensitive information; collaborative and proactive problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as the central point of contact for employees, managers, HR teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage short- and long-term international assignments from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with coordinators, advisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution.
  • Coordinate immigration, relocation, tax, and assignment-related services with external partners.
  • Monitor activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Build relationships across countries and levels of seniority.
  • Contribute to Global Mobility initiatives and process improvements.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and case manager for employees on international assignments, as well as for internal stakeholders and external service providers. Working closely with Project Worker Coordinators, Advisors, and cross-functional teams, you will support the successful execution of our international assignment programs while ensuring a high level of service, compliance, and employee experience.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Serve as the central point of contact for employees, managers, HR teams, and external vendors throughout the lifecycle of international assignments.
  • Manage short-term and long-term international assignments, providing end-to-end guidance and support to assignees and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Worker Coordinators, Advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers to facilitate immigration, relocation, tax, and assignment-related services.
  • Monitor assignment activities to ensure timely delivery, high-quality service, and a positive employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and levels of seniority.
  • Contribute to Global Mobility initiatives and continuous improvement projects that enhance assignment processes and programs.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tax, Law, Human Resources, or another relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, international assignment management, employee services, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of international assignment administration, immigration, taxation, and employment regulations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
