Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the Global Accounts delivery in Spain, steering multi-service, distributed programs for strategic international clients. You will drive governance, finance, and client satisfaction while maximizing profitability through strong operational discipline.

You have 5+ years in IT services delivery, proven leadership across cross-functional teams, and fluency in English; willingness to travel across Europe, USA, and India is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT services delivery or similar client-facing roles.
• Proven experience with complex accounts and multi-service delivery.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management skills.
• Experience with billing processes, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, escalation, and change control.
• Experience leading international, distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, the US, and India.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for operational delivery within assigned accounts.
• Establish governance frameworks and delivery reviews.
• Own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate revenue recognition, billing milestones, and timesheet compliance.
• Manage resource demand, capacity planning, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOWs, and change requests.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders.
