You will mentor teams, grow technical influence, and contribute to governance while enjoying a hybrid work setup with office days and flexible schedules. Excellent English skills are essential for global collaboration.

Formación

• Extensive experience in industrial automation environments (PLC/SCADA/MES) across sites.
• Proven ability to create implementation playbooks and readiness assessments.
• Strong stakeholder management in global cross-functional settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Define and promote common automation standards across multiple sites.
• Develop reusable implementation assets and governance documentation.
