ERNI is seeking a senior automation professional to drive global industrial automation standards across international manufacturing sites. You will define common ways of working, readiness criteria, and reusable assets while collaborating with global teams to enable scalable deployment and governance across multiple sites.

You will mentor and guide project decisions, grow technical influence, and participate in mentoring while maintaining hands-on technical excellence.

Formación

Strong understanding of industrial automation ecosystems including PLC, SCADA, MES and OT/IT integration.
Experience participating in multi site automation or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing.
Ability to create implementation playbooks, readiness assessments, templates and governance documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global cross functional environments.
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
