Straumann Group is seeking a Director of Solution Management to define and own the strategy for integrated, end-to-end solutions across its portfolio. You will align product strategies, orchestrate multidisciplinary initiatives, and drive value across dental and medical devices through collaboration with diverse teams.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, a strong solution design mindset, and a focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.

Formación

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Dentistry or related field.
• Significant experience in Product Management, Solution Management or a closely related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, at least on a functional basis.
• Proven experience working across complex, multidisciplinary portfolios and organizational structures.
• Experience in medical devices and a solid understanding of software development and Agile ways of working.
• Ability to influence across organizational and business-unit boundaries and strong strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the strategy for integrated, end-to-end solutions across the portfolio.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear solution strategies.
• Connect digital products, services, manufacturing capabilities and the implant portfolio into integrated solutions.
• Shape end-to-end solution concepts that support scalable implementation and long-term evolution.
• Identify gaps, overlaps and dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders to address them.
• Influence product roadmaps from an end-to-end solution perspective.
• Facilitate alignment across Product Management, business units and functions.
• Support adoption, implementation and value realization with commercial teams.
• Define and monitor measures for solution adoption and business impact.
• Identify opportunities for innovation from integrating products and capabilities.
