Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Global Process Owner - Marketing Excellence to define, govern and continuously improve end-to-end marketing processes from awareness to MQL. You will own the global marketing engagement process and drive standardized governance across international markets.

The role focuses on lifecycle management, lead management, CRM and marketing automation, analytics, and change management, collaborating with Sales and Digital teams worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Excellence, CRM, Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence or Process Management.
• Proven experience in process governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and marketing funnel management.
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
• Experience working in international matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global marketing engagement process.
• Design and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows.
• Develop and maintain the global process roadmap.
• Ensure standardized documentation, governance and compliance.
• Drive process adoption across headquarters and international affiliates.
• Define and optimize the customer lifecycle framework.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across channels.
• Promote customer-centric marketing processes globally.
• Own the marketing funnel and lead management process.
• Ensure smooth handover from Marketing to Sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve funnel performance.
• Act as business owner for marketing-related CRM processes.
• Define business requirements for CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
• Prioritize system improvements and process enhancements.
• Work closely with IT and Sales Operations.
• Establish marketing process standards and best practices.
• Manage the process improvement roadmap.
• Monitor process adoption and effectiveness.
• Lead change management initiatives.
• Define marketing process KPIs.
• Monitor engagement, funnel and conversion performance.
• Support marketing governance reporting.
• Partner with Sales Excellence to optimize the commercial process.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Experience, Campaign Operations and Sales Operations teams.
• Support global capability-building initiatives.
