Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years driving process excellence, transformation, or efficiency initiatives in global organizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, customer experience principles, and business performance drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and execute the global O2C strategy with O2C leaders; align with Bayer priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end O2C, identify inefficiencies and value opportunities; transform into scalable solutions.
• Lead automation, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities to boost O2C performance and customer experience.
• Build partnerships across divisions, IT, and stakeholders to enable scalable improvements in sales, margin, and cash flow.
• Monitor AI, automation, and UX developments; translate insights into strategic O2C initiatives.
