Job summary

Amazon Digital Spain S.L.U. in Madrid is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Central Marketing Localization team. You will support localization of Prime Video campaigns by coordinating assets, vendors, and schedules across global markets.

You will track delivery progress, maintain calendars, draft briefs, and help improve processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong coordination and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.
• Experience coordinating between technical teams, peers and business stakeholders.
• Experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate localization workflows between Marketing, Studios Production, and third-party vendors for global campaigns.
• Track delivery progress and oversee asset processing with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain project schedules, asset trackers, and delivery calendars with visibility for stakeholders.
• Generate localized asset orders and track from kickoff to delivery with third-party vendors.
• Verify orders meet delivery requirements and flag inconsistencies.
• Draft and maintain briefing documentation and templates.
• Troubleshoot rejections and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Support localization billing with POs and cost tracking.
• Work with security and asset management teams on asset handling.
