Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or above) for written and spoken communication.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing databases or PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the entertainment industry (production company, broadcaster, studio, or agency) desirable.
• Experience in script reading, coverage writing, or evaluating creative material.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide logistical support for development meetings and calls.
• Prepare agendas, schedule coordination, notes, and follow-up items.
• Support preparation of presentations for quarterly reviews with executives.
• Maintain executive calendars and coordinate with external producers.
• Monitor development timelines and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Business Affairs, Marketing, PR, and Finance.
