Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Recruiting Sector Lead (Maritime Recruiter) based in Spain to steer global recruitment for essential maritime roles within a humanitarian organization. You will shape proactive talent acquisition strategies, building pipelines of professionals, and lead a team of global recruiters across regions.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders to align workforce planning with operational needs, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure a high-quality candidate

Qualifications

Five+ years of recruitment leadership experience.
Experience in global or cross-functional teams.
Experience with Salesforce or Greenhouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage global recruiters for the maritime sector.
Supervise sourcing leads and candidate phone-screening activities.
Develop sector-specific recruitment strategies aligned with global needs.
Shift to proactive talent sourcing through networks and associations.
Monitor recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports on recruitment impact.
