The role requires advanced degrees in Engineering and significant industry experience, with fluency in English and Spanish. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential to drive continuous improvement across the production teams.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific field with 4 years experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent with 3 years experience
• Ph.D. or equivalent with industry experience

Mansioni

• Apply knowledge of technical principles to optimize manufacturing processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes using SIX Sigma and LEAN methods
• Develop complex experiments and tests to qualify and validate processes; analyze results and report
• Analyze and resolve Manufacturing and Compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances, audits)
• Develop training materials and work instructions for production
• Lead project plans and manage deliverables to meet customer expectations
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks and train technicians
