MŌDUM is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead global product education for its luxury retail network. You will transform seasonal collections into engaging training experiences that build product expertise, strengthen client engagement, and support commercial performance across international markets.

Formación

• 5+ years in product training or retail learning in luxury brands.
• Experience designing learning programmes for international audiences.
• Knowledge of blended and digital learning methods.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Travel internationally as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive product training content for seasonal collections across multiple product categories.
• Translate technical product information into engaging, retail-focused learning materials.
• Deliver product training sessions, workshops, and collection presentations for global and regional teams.
• Partner with regional learning teams to develop e-learning modules and mobile content.
• Coordinate global training assets and maintain a knowledge library.
• Measure training impact and refine content based on feedback.
• Ensure consistent product messaging across markets.
