Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to translate the L&D roadmap into an annual learning plan and coordinate global delivery from Madrid. You will manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes and oversee LMS operations.

You will work with content vendors, drive adoption across multiple countries, monitor compliance training, and deliver KPI reporting to support continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven track record in global Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies are valued
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and learning programme delivery
• Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics)
• Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Spanish will be valued

Responsabilidades

• Translate the L&D roadmap into an annual learning plan and global delivery calendar.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes.
• Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance.
• Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity.
• Support the launch and operation of Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies.
• Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries.
• Monitor compliance training completion and elevate risks or gaps.
• Produce KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement of learning processes and programmes
