GdC Beauty Group is seeking a Global Education Training Manager to design, develop and implement our worldwide education strategy. You will ensure a consistent learning experience across markets and effectively transfer product knowledge, techniques and brand values.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with the global business strategy, adapt content for diverse regions and monitor impact with KPIs.

Formación

• Previous experience in skincare/medical aesthetics.
• Experience in training/education in international environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Location: Alcoy or Barcelona.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global training plans for international product launches with the Global team.
• Adapt and develop training content across face-to-face, digital and blended formats.
• Monitor implementation of programmes across markets and evaluate impact with local teams.
• Oversee adaptation of programmes to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D and Sales to align training with business strategy.
• Ensure content stays up to date reflecting market trends and feedback.
• Measure effectiveness via KPIs and follow-up activities for improvement.
• Oversee global training calendar and deliver sessions in key markets when required.
• Manage and optimise use of e-learning platforms and other digital tools.
• Identify training needs from commercial performance analyses and propose action plans.
