Job summary

Admiral Media - Digital Marketing & Growth is seeking an experienced performance marketer to plan, launch and optimize international campaigns for a global luxury fashion brand. This fully remote role hires globally and focuses on premium branding with measurable revenue across markets.

You will manage six-figure monthly budgets, optimize ROAS/CPA targets, and collaborate with brand, e-commerce and CRM teams to align drops, campaigns and sales periods. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in performance marketing, ideally fashion/luxury/e-commerce.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets across Meta and Google with ROAS/CPA targets.
• Strong grasp of core metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, MER) and attribution/pixel setups.
• Experience with product feeds, catalog ads and Shopping/PMax campaigns.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; dashboard experience in Looker/Tableau/Data Studio (BigQuery a plus).
• An eye for fashion, brand tone, and protecting a premium look while performing.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus for international markets.
• Excellent presentation skills and clear communication.
• Very analytical, structured, accurate, with attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and grow in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize international paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest and others.
• Drive e-commerce revenue at a luxury level with high AOV, ROAS, CPA, and new-customer growth.
• Build full-funnel strategies across markets and currencies.
• Manage product feeds, catalog and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns; optimize product-level performance.
• Brief creative on assets that preserve brand premium while delivering results.
• Analyze performance in GA4, Excel and BI dashboards; translate data into actionable steps.
• Report results in clear formats for clients and leadership.
• Leverage platform automation and test new ad products to stay ahead.
• Coordinate with brand, e-commerce and CRM teams to align media with collections and campaigns.
• Scale client success by ensuring client growth.
