Job summary

Aqua Expeditions is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Manager (Contractor) to lead Trade and Guest Loyalty programs across Europe. You will drive engagement, coordinate with Sales, Reservations, CRM and technical partners to maximize repeat sales and partner performance.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, loyalty or CRM, strong data analytics, and excellent stakeholder communication. You can work remotely from Europe and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, loyalty, or CRM.
• Proven success driving repeat sales through engagement and personalization.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce) and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trade Loyalty Program management, partner support, rewards, and platform enhancements with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead Guest Loyalty Program improvements in coordination with Marketing, Sales, Reservations and CRM.
• Drive data‑driven campaigns and reporting to improve lifetime value and repeat bookings.
• Coordinate global loyalty benefits with Country Managers and Operations stakeholders.
