Spring GDS España is seeking a Sales Consultant Support to drive client acquisition and onboarding, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and CX teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

You will bridge prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment, supporting commercial excellence with CRM tools and data analysis. Fluency in English and a background in logistics are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in client prospecting or sales support.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce valued.
• Fluent English (B2+) required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
• Identify and research new prospects.
• Qualify prospects through calls and outreach.
• Coordinate service implementation with Operations.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
