Spring GDS España is seeking a Sales Consultant Support to drive acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention of clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence, acting as the bridge between prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.

You will support a fast-paced, international commercial environment while helping to design client-specific logistics solutions and align offers

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is valued.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and identify new prospects.
• Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio.
• Coordinate service implementation with Operations and CX teams.
• Negotiate rates, service terms, and integrations.
• Update CRM and sales databases.
• Track KPIs and assist in strategic account planning.
