Spring GDS España is hiring a Sales Consultant Support to help acquire, onboard, develop and retain clients. You will work closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure profitable, high-quality service and strong client satisfaction.

The role bridges prospects, clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment, with a strong focus on growth, performance and international collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is highly valued.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and identify new prospects.
• Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio and coordinate with CX.
• Negotiate rates, service terms and integrations with clients.
• Coordinate service implementation with Operations and Admin.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership.
