Spring GDS España is seeking a Sales Consultant Support to help acquire, onboard, develop and retain clients, coordinating with Sales, Operations and Customer Experience teams. You will bridge prospects, clients and internal stakeholders to support an agile commercial environment.

You will participate in business development, manage client relationships, design logistic solutions, and ensure profitable service delivery while maintaining CRM records and reporting key metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in client prospecting or sales support.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is valued.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and identify new prospects.
• Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio and resolve client inquiries.
• Design client-specific logistics solutions and negotiate rates and terms.
• Coordinate with Operations and CX to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Update CRM and sales databases; track KPIs and prepare reports.
