Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Global Licensing Manager to lead international licensing initiatives, map markets, originate partnerships, and negotiate deals that unlock growth.

You will own end-to-end commercial development across regions, building relationships with promoters and venues, and collaborating with Legal and Finance to shape Fever's global IP portfolio and drive revenue.

Formación

• 4+ years in business development, partnerships, or similar commercial roles.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and close complex deals.
• Strong negotiation and structuring of mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Analytical, financially minded with experience in P&L assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional licensing strategy and identify high-potential markets and partners.
• Source and build relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, and venues.
• Lead end-to-end deal pipeline from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Create tailored licensing structures for different IPs and territories; evaluate profitability.
