Fever is seeking a Global Licensing Manager to lead end-to-end commercial development for assigned regions, from market mapping to partner conversations and licensing negotiations. You will act as the face of the Licensing team and contribute to Fever’s international growth strategy.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production to ensure smooth deal execution and launches, while monitoring market trends and reporting pipeline progress to leadership.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, strategic roles, or a similar commercial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead expansion of Fever's live-event IPs across international regions.
• Source and build relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, venue operators and other partners.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and coordinate launches across markets.
• Create tailored licensing proposals and structures for IPs and territories.
• Analyze profitability, balance growth with brand protection, and report progress to leadership.
