To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial Global Licensing Manager to join our dynamic and fast‑paced Licensing team.

This is a high‑impact business development role for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for the entertainment industry. You will lead the expansion of our portfolio of live‑event IPs across several international regions—identifying new opportunities, creating conversations with potential partners, and structuring partnerships that unlock sustainable growth.

About the Role:

As Global Licensing Manager, you will own the commercial development of assigned regions end‑to‑end: from mapping markets and originating new partner conversations to negotiating licensing agreements and coordinating their successful launch internally.

You will act as the face of the Licensing team in the market and bring market intelligence back into the organization, helping shape our international growth strategy and identify the next generation of licensing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the business development strategy for assigned international regions, identifying high‑potential markets, partners, and commercial opportunities.
  • Proactively source, approach, and build relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, venue operators, and other relevant partners.
  • Lead outbound commercial conversations and manage the full deal pipeline, from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Create tailored commercial proposals and licensing structures for different IPs, territories, and partner profiles.
  • Assess the commercial viability of opportunities through revenue, cost, and profitability analysis, working closely with Finance and other internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms that balance growth, profitability, brand protection, and long‑term partner value.
  • Manage a portfolio of prospective and active partners, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to expand successful collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth deal execution and successful launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and new entertainment formats to inform licensing strategy and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline reporting, regularly presenting commercial progress, forecasts, and key decisions to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, strategic roles, or a similar commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, build senior‑level relationships, and lead complex commercial conversations from first contact to close.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure compelling, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Analytical and financially minded, with experience building business cases, evaluating P&Ls, and assessing the profitability of new opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating with ownership in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and credibly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals, stakeholders, and priorities across regions.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a strong plus.
  • A genuine interest in live entertainment, experiential formats, and building global IPs is highly valued.
Benefits & Perks:
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high‑growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Health and dental insurance
  • Wellhub membership
  • Flexible remuneration plan
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
