Fever is seeking a seasoned Business Development Strategy & Planning leader to drive global planning, forecasting, and ROI optimization. You will design data-driven analyses, build dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to scale the world's leading culture and live entertainment platform.

You will shape hiring, territory strategy, and compensation design while aligning with Fever’s margins and growth priorities.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Strategy or Tier-1 Management Consulting at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven playbook to build or scale a Strategy & Planning function.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the top-down and bottoms-up business planning process for the global BD organization.
• Own revenue forecasting, identify gaps against the Business Plan, and define strategies to close them.
• Analyze BD performance end-to-end (Salesforce funnel, activity, revenue) to uncover bottlenecks.
• Own visualization and reporting for the BD organization as the single source of truth for leadership.
• Define global hiring needs, territory mapping, and quota setting for markets and verticals.
• Continuously monitor commercial performance and deliver data-backed recommendations.
• Propose and refine compensation and commission structures aligned with margins.
• Partner with Growth Strategy and BD leadership on market expansion and pricing guardrails.
