Qualifications

• Degree in Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate maintenance of client companies and prepare official documents.
• Support incorporation of companies and shelf entities.
• Handle legal-related tasks and maintain files and records.
• Prepare and file forms with local authorities (e.g., 030, 036, D4, D8).
• Update minutes, stakeholders registers and intake forms.
• Represent the company with notaries, banks and local authorities.
• Perform general administrative duties and correspondence.
