White & Case in Madrid is seeking a motivated trainee to join the Corporate team for a paid, full-time internship from September 2027 to January 2028. The role supports a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and will expose you to high-profile work from day one.

You will work closely with partners and associates, develop practical legal skills, and operate in an international environment with daily English usage.

Formación

• Strong academic background and fluent English required.
• Ability to work in English daily.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.

• Conduct research on legal issues to support case preparation.
• Draft basic legal documents and handle case files.
