Fayara is building a fast-growing digital business and seeks an in-house legal lead in Madrid. You will own legal, tax and structuring across multiple entities and countries, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with finance, HR, sales and payments.

This is a hands-on role to build the function from the ground up, including commercial contracts, governance, intercompany arrangements and multi-country tax issues.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of relevant experience in legal, tax or structuring.
• Experience with digital, online businesses and multi-country structures.
• Hands-on approach with ability to draft and review agreements.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between locations.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and manage commercial agreements with vendors, partners and freelancers.
• Build a consistent legal framework for key contracts (employment, intercompany, franchise).
• Own corporate records, board matters, filings and governance across entities.
• Oversee international structure and tax aspects, including intercompany and transfer pricing.
• Identify risks and coordinate with external advisors when needed.
• Translate legal/tax issues into actionable recommendations for management.
• Support M&A, restructurings and related transactions from a legal/tax view.
