Fuse, an AI-first energy company, seeks a Legal Counsel to support commercial, corporate, and regulatory workstreams in Spain. You will own deal flow, draft and negotiate key agreements, and translate regulatory requirements into product specs.

The role embeds with Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product teams to move fast and stay compliant. Based in Madrid, you will drive cross-border compliance, build scalable legal playbooks, and contribute to a rapidly expanding business in multiple

Formación

• Qualified solicitor in Spain (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• Fluency in Spanish and professional English, both written and spoken.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with law firm and in-house exposure.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change.

Responsabilidades

• Own deal flow: review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product orders, and supplier/customer agreements.
• Translate legal requirements into guidance for new product lines and ensure launch readiness.
• Provide day-to-day advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product teams.
• Support cross-border compliance, filings, and maintain policies and training.
• Build templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to streamline workflows.
