Fayara in Madrid is seeking a Finance Controller to join a scalable digital infrastructure company serving AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. You will own day-to-day accounting across multiple European entities and help drive profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, experience in international environments, fluent Spanish and professional English, and strong Excel and Xero skills. The position starts in-office, then hybrids after six months.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting.
• Experience in an international working environment (must-have).
• Fluent Spanish with professional level in English is a must.
• Strong foundation in accounting, reporting, taxation, and legal matters.
• Advanced Excel.
• Digital marketing industry experience is a plus but NOT essential.
• Most importantly, you’re comfortable operating in a structured environment where deadlines matter, details matter, and quality matters.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Prepare and support reliable financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts.
• Handle VAT and tax filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• Improve reporting clarity and financial visibility.
• Proficiency with Xero is beneficial.
• Solid Excel skills.

Work model:First 6 months fully in the office, then hybrid with 4 days from home

Salary:€26,000–€32,000 gross/year + annual performance bonus

Schedule:Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00
